The sturdy glass base is 1/4" thick with a 6 1/2" diameter, topped with another 2 3/4" by 1/4" thick glass piece secured by a center screw. The top section has a 1/4" deep by 3 1/4" diameter area to hold the glass cylinder and a pillar candle, along with a 1" deep and wide cutout for a taper candle. Alternatively, the entire 3" width can accommodate a larger pillar candle. These cutouts can also be used to display florals.
