This pedestal is made from heavy duty high quality plastic but it only weighs 3.4 lbs. The inside of this column is completely hollow and it comes in 4 pieces, making it easy to clean, transport and store and the assembly consists of simply sliding the pieces into each other. The top platform has rounded sides with the corners being 11"wide and the middle being 9 1/4" wide. There is a removable top plate which is solid on one side and features a floral plate on the other side. The floral plate has 20 sturdy spikes to secure floral foam / Styrofoam and there are 4 drainage holes that you can also use for inserting artificial Dangling Sprays.
One of the best features is that you can flip the column over and use this as a vessel to hold potted plants and flowers.
